Kris Scheponik currently serves as the Director of Equipment Engineering at Qorvo, Inc., a position held since March 2011, with responsibilities that include overseeing the NC Fab. Prior to this role, Kris was a Process Engineering Manager, managing a photolithography process team, and a Staff Process Engineer focused on photolithography process development. Earlier experience includes over 13 years at Seagate Technology, where Kris held the title of Engineering Manager/Sr. Engineering Manager, overseeing cleaning process development and the introduction of new technologies into production. Additional roles at Seagate involved optimizing photolithography processes and supporting pilot line operations. Kris Scheponik holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University.
