Kathleen Schweitzer has over 20 years of experience in the quality assurance sector, with experience in both manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies. Their most recent role was as a Quality Engineer at QorTek, Inc. Prior to that, they spent over five years at Polyglass USA/Mapei in various roles, including Quality Manager and Production Manager. Before that, they worked at Genco (Johnson and Johnson) for two years as an Assistant Quality/Compliance Manager, where they managed a team of 18 direct reports and oversaw internal and external audit programs. Schweitzer started their career at West Pharmaceutical Services as a QA Document Control specialist, where they were responsible for scheduling internal and external audits and reviewing quality documentation necessary for regulatory submissions and inspections.

Schweitzer Kathleen attended Luzerne Co Comm. College from 1995 to 1997, where they earned an Associate Degree in Aviation Management, with a field of study in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations. Later, they attended Luzerne Co Comm. College from 1997 to 1999, where they earned an Associate Degree in Business Management, with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
