Monis Sheikh has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they worked as an Associate - People Excellence at Veraqor and qordata PK. At qordata PK, they also served as an HR Intern, where their responsibilities included updating company databases, screening resumes, and organizing interviews. In 2020, Monis worked as a freelancer on Fiverr, specializing in Graphic Designing gigs. Additionally, they gained experience as a Business Development Intern at DymaxTech from November 2020 to February 2021.

Monis Sheikh attended Karachi University Business School (KUBS) from 2017 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services.
