Zulfa Nurul Khusnul Khotimah currently serves as the Customer Success Lead at Mekari Qontak, having held various positions within the company, including Senior Customer Success Manager, Lead Activation SMB, and Activation Specialist since September 2020. Prior experience includes an internship as an SDR at Glints from January 2019 to April 2019. Zulfa obtained an Associate's degree in English Diploma from Universitas Gadjah Mada between 2016 and 2019.
