Lingga Mahesa Riella is a Product Manager at Mekari Qontak since October 2020, where significant contributions include enhancing app reliability and reducing the issue ratio from 25% to 5% within one year. Prior to this role, Lingga held various positions at AIESEC Indonesia, including Technical Support Supervisor and Project Facilitator. Lingga also served as the Chair of the ATLAS Conference at UNDIP, managing sessions and welcoming participants from over eight countries. Additionally, Lingga completed an internship at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia and held leadership roles within AIESEC, such as Local Committee Vice President for Incoming Global Volunteer Operations and Organizing Committee President for a major cultural event. Lingga's early experiences include volunteering as an Exchange Participant in Poland and moderating a national competition for Pencak Silat. Lingga completed a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the University of Brawijaya in 2020.
