Andreas Olausson began their work experience in 2006 as a Software Developer at Teleca Software Solutions AB. Andreas worked there until 2007 before joining Schneider Electric Buildings AB as a Software Developer. Andreas remained in this role until 2015. In 2017, Olausson joined Qlik as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked until September 2019. In October 2019, they started working at Qoitech as a Software Developer, where they currently hold a position.

Andreas Olausson began their education in 1999 at Lund University, where they studied computer science, mathematics, and psychology. Andreas attended Lund University for seven years, from 1999 to 2006, although no specific degree is mentioned. In 2002, they briefly studied sound design at Karlskoga Folkhogskola, and in 2003, they also studied philosophy at Vaxjo University.
