Samuel Rose possesses extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as Operations Lead at Qogita since April 2022, having progressed through roles as Senior Operations Associate and Operations Associate. Prior to Qogita, Samuel worked at Pure Planet from January 2019 to April 2022 as an Industry Specialist, where responsibilities included analyzing processes, developing tools for front line agents, coaching new team members, and addressing customer trends. Samuel's earlier career includes a role as a Digital Service Advisor and Customer Service Advisor at OVO from January 2016 to January 2019. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Furniture Design from the University of Plymouth.
