Sarit Baicher Romach is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of People at Qodo (formerly CodiumAI) since November 2022, Sarit previously held the position of Head of People at Alibaba Group from December 2017 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Growth and Operations Manager at Visualead, Welfare and Training Specialist at Microsoft, and HR Coordinator at Strauss Group Inc., where responsibilities ranged from HR operations to employee welfare. Sarit began a career in human resources with the Jewish Agency as a counselor at JCC summer camps and holds an MBA in HR and a B.A. in Communication and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
