Enis Kurtoglu

Executive Vice President, Consumer, Private And Small Business Banking at QNB Finansbank

Enis Kurtoglu has had extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Enis began their career at Citibank Turkey in 1999, where they held various roles, including Assistant Manager and Manager in the Citigold Wealth Management Segment and Alternative Distribution Channels. In 2002, they joined Citibank EMEA Regional Headquarters as a Regional Vice President and later as the Vice President and Head of Alternative Distribution Channels for the EMEA region. In 2006, they returned to Citibank Turkey as the Senior Vice President and Head of Consumer Lending Business and Marketing. In 2010, Enis joined QNB Finansbank as the Senior Vice President and Retail Products Group Head. Enis subsequently held positions such as Director and Executive Vice President in Consumer Banking, Consumer and Private Banking, and Consumer, Private and Small Business Banking. In 2022, Enis assumed the role of Chairperson of the Board at QNB Finans Portföy. Enis also became a Board Member of Cigna Finans Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. in 2023. Overall, Enis Kurtoglu has shown a progressive and successful career trajectory in the finance sector, gaining significant expertise in various areas of banking operations and management.

Enis Kurtoglu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 1999. Then, in 2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at London Business School. Later on, they completed the High-Potential Leaders: Accelerating Your Impact Program at The Wharton School in 2015. Lastly, in 2018, Enis Kurtoglu finished the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
