Douglas Saturnino has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Douglas started their career in 2007 at TIM Brasil as a Network Engineer, where they provided support and resolved incidents related to voice and data equipment failures. Douglas then moved to Huawei in 2011 as a Product Fiscal Analyst, responsible for importing equipment from China to Brazil and handling tax-related matters. In 2012, they joined Ericsson as a Project Planner, where they managed communication between clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders. Douglas also created project work schedules, coordinated the delivery of materials and equipment, and sent status reports. In 2018, Douglas worked at R&S Recursus Engenharia as a Project Implementation Supervisor, where they coordinated a project for Vivo at Ericsson and handled project validation and supplier interface. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Huawei Brasil as a Project Control Manager, responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring the execution of projects within agreed timeframes. Douglas also interfaced with various project-related areas and ensured team engagement. Most recently, in 2022, they joined QMC Telecom Brasil as a Project Manager.

Douglas Saturnino has a varied education history. In 1999, they attended Colégio Técnico Lavoisier and completed a Technical Education program with a focus on General Electronics Technician. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. In 2016, Douglas attended FIAP and obtained a Scrum Master degree in Project Management.

Furthermore, Douglas has acquired several additional certifications. In 2023, they received Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Lean Six Sigma White Belt certifications from FM2S Educação e Consultoria. Douglas also acquired the Gestão de Conflitos certification from the same institution in February 2023.
