Meihua Luo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Meihua is currently working as a Senior Scientist at QLSF Biotherapeutics, Inc. since April 2022.

Prior to their current position, Meihua Luo worked at Bristol Myers Squibb from September 2018 to September 2022. Meihua started as a Research Scientist I in September 2018 and then progressed to a Research Scientist II in June 2020. In January 2021, they were promoted to Senior Scientist and held this role until their departure in September 2022.

Before joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Meihua Luo worked at Eli Lilly and Company as an Associate Consulting Biologist from June 2015 to December 2017.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Research Associate at Indiana University School of Medicine, Research and Technology Corp., and Apexian Pharmaceuticals from May 2004 to June 2015. Prior to this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Indiana University School of Medicine from January 2000 to May 2004.

Meihua Luo's career began as an Attending Physician (Hematology) and Assistant Professor at the Institute of Hematology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College, where they worked from January 1995 to January 2000. Meihua had previously served as a Resident and Research Associate at the same institution from September 1988 to January 1995.

Meihua Luo obtained a Master's Degree in Hematology from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned an M.D. in Clinical Medicine from XiangYa School of Medicine, CSU (Central-South University) in Changsha from the years 1983 to 1988.
