Carlos Soto has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Carlos started their career in 2011 at Cuebid as an IT Consultant and System Administrator, where they primarily worked with Microsoft products and was responsible for Office 365 deployments. In 2015, they moved to Datacenter as an IT Administrator, managing clients' environments, particularly focusing on Exchange and Office 365 environments of varying sizes. Carlos worked with a range of Windows server versions from 2008 to 2016. In 2019, Carlos joined Nordlo Group as an IT Consultant and IT Administrator, where they managed and developed customer environments, led various technical projects, and contributed to the development of new frameworks for managing customers. Carlos gained expertise in Windows server, wireless networking, Office 365, Exchange, and VMware. In 2020, Carlos joined Qlosr AB as a Team Lead Technical Specialist. In this role, they manage and develops customer environments, leads projects, and actively contributes to the development of new frameworks and best practices. Carlos'sbroad knowledge includes expertise in Windows server versions from 2008 to 2019 and various roles in Windows environments.
Carlos Soto obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements from Microsoft in December 2014, Fortinet Certified Network Security Professional (FCNSP) from Fortinet in December 2013, Fortinet Certified Network Security Administrator (FCNSA) from Fortinet in November 2013, Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring from Microsoft in December 2012, Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) from Aruba Networks in October 2014, and Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) from Aruba Networks in February 2012.
