Chamila Balasuriya is an experienced full-stack engineer currently working at Qliro since June 2023, contributing to fintech solutions with innovative feature development and cross-team collaboration. Prior to Qliro, Chamila served as a senior software developer at Ascentic, leading the development of the AI Medical Technology Dermalyser app for diagnostic solutions in healthcare. Chamila has also held various technical lead positions at 99X Technology, overseeing software development projects in multiple domains, including ERP systems, property management, and credit management for Norwegian clients. Early career involvement included roles at Virtusa, TeKnowledge Inc, and Affno, where Chamila developed software and supported system deployment. Chamila holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from the University of Moratuwa.
