Jannick Ekholm has been with Qlik since August 2011, currently serving as Manager of Service Delivery, where responsibilities include leading a team of developers and specialists to enhance and maintain the ServiceNow platform and related processes, with a strong emphasis on task automation. Prior roles at Qlik include Team Lead Service Delivery and various positions in systems administration, managing internal systems for finance, HR, and IT. Before joining Qlik, Jannick held support roles at ON IT, Zmags, LN Eurocom Tele Services A/S, and Stream Global Services, demonstrating a solid background in technical and IT support.
