Sophie van Ruijven is a recruiter at QISS IT since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in human resources from previous roles. At Naumac from February 2021 to December 2023, Sophie served as an HR-adviseur, focusing on strategies to enhance the recruitment of ICT/IT professionals. Sophie's role included conducting comprehensive research to improve recruitment strategies and participating in various HR initiatives such as developing a risk analysis and creating engaging job descriptions. Prior experience includes a position as an HR-assistant at ResidentieProfs bv, where Sophie supported legal mediation organizations. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool Leiden, completed in July 2023, and has educational experience from Erasmus College Zoetermeer.
