Brian Soper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military and defense-related roles, currently serving as a Senior Analyst and Program Manager at QinetiQ US since April 2023, where expertise is applied to support Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense. Prior to this role, Brian served as a Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Minnesota National Guard, providing high-level coordination and strategic direction for a workforce of 10,500.
