Vicky Jackson has a strong background in software engineering and quality assurance. Vicky most recently worked at QikServe as a Senior Software Engineer starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held roles as a Software Engineer at both QikServe and MarktoMarket from August 2020 to January 2023. Vicky also worked as a Junior Software Developer at Nucleus Financial from November 2018 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Quality Consultant at Chelsea Apps Factory from September 2017 to January 2018 and as a Lead QA Engineer from May 2016 to August 2017. Vicky began their career as a QA Analyst at Blonde from September 2015 to May 2016 and as a Graduate Quality Analyst at Zonal Retail Data Systems from November 2014 to April 2015.

Vicky Jackson's education history includes a BA with Hons degree in Games Design and Production Management from Abertay University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Dundee College from 2009 to 2011, specializing in Computer Games Development. In addition to their formal education, Vicky also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in February 2017.
