Albert Riera Gaja has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, they worked as an English Language Teacher at Cambridge Language School for nearly a year. In 2018, they had an internship as a Trade Marketing Intern at RB, where they developed skills in data analysis, Excel, and campaign management. Later that year, they joined PwC España as an M&A Analyst Intern, gaining experience in corporate finance and transaction services. Albert continued to work at PwC España, taking on roles as a Deals Associate in Valuations & Strategy, M&A Real Estate, and Transaction Services. In 2020, Albert co-founded Cosora, serving as Co-founder and COO, before transitioning to the role of Business Development Associate at Qida (home-care) in 2021. Overall, Albert's experience showcases their ability to adapt to different industries and roles, while developing a strong skill set in business development, finance, and operations.
Albert Riera Gaja completed a Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in International Business Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from UBC Sauder School of Business from 2017 to 2018. In 2017, they also participated in a course on Corporate and Organizational Strategy (MG220) at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Prior to their university education, Albert Riera Gaja obtained a Technological Baccalaureate from Institut Carles Vallbona from 2013 to 2015.
Albert Riera Gaja has also obtained certifications outside of their formal education. In March 2021, they completed the Design Databases With PostgreSQL Skill Path from Codecademy. Moreover, in December 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from Cambridge Assessment.
