Ryanne Lawrence

Ryanne Lawrence has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryanne started their career at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as a Group Sales Coordinator, where they reviewed group sales strategies and managed charitable donations. Ryanne then joined The Breakers Palm Beach as a Server/Sommelier in Training and later transitioned to an Event Team Member, coordinating event operations and ensuring client satisfaction.

Ryanne later worked at lululemon athletica as a Community Leader and Educator, where they provided customer service, reached sales goals, organized events, and coordinated store merchandising. Ryanne then joined Passkey as a Customer Service Representative, where they coordinated client transitions to group reservation software, created training materials, and handled client queries and requests.

Ryanne then worked at JetBlue Airways as part of Airport Operations, managing gate and ticket counter operations and resolving complex customer issues. Ryanne transitioned from Minisoft to Sabre, helping fellow crewmembers in the process.

Prior to that, they worked at Cultural Care Au Pair as a Flight Coordinator, where they coordinated in-country emergency and short notice travel for au pairs. Ryanne established this role to reduce customer complaints and successfully balanced the needs of au pairs and families while working within budgetary constraints.

Their most recent role was at QIC as a Business Assistant, where they carried out various administrative tasks.

Ryanne Lawrence attended Norwell High School from 1996 to 2000. After completing high school, they went on to study at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2001 to 2005. At UMass Amherst, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Hospitality Administration/Management.
