Aleisha Lando began their work experience in 2013 as a Project Manager at APP Corporation Pty Ltd. Aleisha worked in this role from September 2013 to August 2017. In 2017, they joined QIC as a Project Delivery professional, and their employment there is ongoing.

Aleisha Lando earned a Bachelor of Environments degree with a Property Major from the University of Melbourne from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they obtained the Estate Master DF v5 Level 1 certification from Estate Master Property Software in October 2013. Aleisha also became a Student Member of the Australian Property Institute in August 2013.
