Melissa Schipper serves as the HR Manager at QGROUP since July 2022, acting as the primary contact for employees and stakeholders on HR-related matters, supporting management in complex discussions, and overseeing HR administration including contract management and case management for employee health. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as an HR Generalist at Q Backoffice and as an HR Officer and intern at DIQQ, where the focus was on writing a thesis related to HR issues. Additional experience includes working as an HR consultant at HR consultancy Peperclip and an HR employee at Van Lanschot Kempen, where contributions were made to performance management projects. Early career roles included reporting at STANLEY Security Nederland, telemarketing, and various positions in the retail sector. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a minor in Applied Psychology.
