Brandon Leonard has worked in various roles since 2006. Brandon began their career as a Research Manager at the University of Missouri - Health & Behavioral Risk Research Center, where they gathered and analyzed data from research projects to present to clients using Microsoft Office, trained employees how to properly gather data from interviewees, and provided printer support. In 2008, they moved to the University of Missouri - Parking & Transportation, where they served as a Ticket & Appeals Coordinator, processing parking ticket appeals and managing calendar, correspondence, billing, filing and other administrative tasks. In 2013, they took on the role of Customer Service Representative at Stroco Manufacturing, Inc., where they processed purchase orders for clients, ordered materials and set project goals in order to complete projects on schedule, and updated manufacturing instructions to improve lead time on all products. In 2014, they moved to SWIFTLINK LIMITED, where they worked as an IT Helpdesk. Finally, in 2016, they began their current role as a System Engineer at QFlow Systems, LLC.
Brandon Leonard graduated from Columbia College in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems. In 2016, they obtained a Microsoft certified iT Pro from Acclaim Badging. In 2019, they obtained a CompTIA A+ from CompTIA.
