Hayley Fritz is a Quality Engineer at Qfix since March 2023, with previous experience at Johnson Matthey from October 2021 to March 2023, where roles included Quality Engineer and Process Control Engineer. Earlier, Hayley served as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Johnson Matthey from May 2021 to August 2021, contributing to troubleshooting machines for CATACEL technology production lines and completing 10 Work Instructions to satisfaction, earning exceeding expectations in performance reviews. From August 2020 to August 2021, Hayley was the Team Captain for GRiP (Generational Relief in Prosthetics), leading a team of six engineering students to develop a 3D printed assistive golfing device. Hayley obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, graduating in 2021.
