Lucas Tarragó Cifre has a varied work experience, beginning in 2017 as a Tecnico Deportivo at Club Bellaterra. In 2018, they worked as a Departamento School Support at Iddink (onderdeel van Iddink Group). In 2019, they were a Prácticas de ingeniería at Compoxi. In 2020, they were a Mecánico at Moto reparación SL. In 2021, they worked as a Systems Engineer Junior and an Internship at QEV Technologies. Currently, they are a Data Engineer at United Autosports.

Lucas Tarragó Cifre completed a Grado en tecnologias industriales from ESEIAAT-UPC in Ingeniería industrial from 2015 to 2020. Lucas then pursued a Máster en Motorsport y e-Racing from QEV Academy- UVic in Ingenieria from 2020 to 2021.
