Charles Benoualid has held various roles throughout their work experience. Charles started as a CTO at Keeper Memorials in August 2013, where they were responsible for the development of a social media site dedicated to memorializing the lives of the departed. Charles then joined CGS (Computer Generated Solutions) in May 2019 as Vice President of Emerging Technologies. In August 2013, they also became a CTO at Qeepr.com, where they were in charge of creating and managing profiles for loved ones. Prior to these roles, they worked at Visual Next from March 1997 to May 2019, serving as the VP of Research & Development.

Charles Benoualid completed their college education from 1977 to 1980 at Vanier College. Charles obtained their DEC degree, focusing on Pure and Applied Sciences during this time. Later, from 1980 to 1983, they pursued their higher education at Concordia University, where they earned a BCompSci degree in Software Engineering.
