Dorit Aharonov has been working as the CSO at QEDMA Quantum Computing since October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Professor at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem starting from October 2001.
Dorit Aharonov completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1993. Dorit then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Science and Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which they completed in 1998. Following that, they undertook postdoctoral research in Mathematics and Computer Science at the Institute for Advanced Studies (IAS), Princeton from 1998 to 1999. Dorit then further pursued postdoctoral research in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley from 1999 to 2000. Finally, they obtained a Professorship in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they taught from 2001 to 2006.
