Earlier experience includes a role as Regional Marketing, Partnerships Lead at Shopee and contributions to product innovation, management, corporate strategy, and business development at Singapore Airlines. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from New York University and participated in the LSE-PKU Summer School at Peking University, focusing on the international relations of East Asia.
