Rica Castor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and client services. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at QDx Pathology Services since February 2020, Rica has previously held roles in Client Services, Marketing, and Supply Chain at the same company from July 2014 to December 2019. Prior to this, Rica worked as an Executive Assistant at Novel Box Co LTD from May 2008 to June 2014. Rica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, specializing in Media Production, Public Relations, and Marketing, from Assumption College.
