Shubhda Sharma currently serves as Assistant Vice President at QDegrees since May 2023, specializing in quality management. Previously held the position of Head of Call Center at VGL Group from January 2021 to May 2023. Shubhda also gained extensive experience as Sr. Manager at Vodafone Digilink Ltd from April 2006 to August 2020. In the current role, Shubhda is responsible for conducting experience audits for every customer interaction in the Rajasthan circle. Shubhda is a graduate of Sophia College Ajmer.
