Shay Steers has significant experience in the IT support field, currently serving as an IT Support Specialist and Information Technology Support Engineer at Quanta part of QCS Staffing since November 2021. Prior to this role, Shay worked at Eckoh from October 2014 to November 2021, holding positions as an IT Support Technician and Customer Services/Sales Agent. Shay holds a BTEC Level 3 degree in Information Technology from West Herts College, earned between 2014 and 2017.
