Phillip Pagel, CTS-D, CQD, currently serves as the AV Technical Operations Manager at QCI, LLC, starting in January 2025. Previous experience includes roles such as AV Technical Manager at i.e.Smart Systems, LLC, from July 2023 to January 2025, and Operations Manager at Wakefield AV & Cabling from October 2022 to July 2023. Phillip has also held the position of Engineering Supervisor at AVI Systems from April 2017 to March 2023 and worked as an Audio Visual Architect at Apache Corporation from March 2007 to April 2017, where responsibilities included managing the onsite AV team and developing conference room technology standards. Earlier in the career, Phillip was an Executive Support IT Analyst at Boxer Property from September 2004 to March 2007.
