Valery Labatsevich has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. In 2009, they joined the Unitary Enterprise "ELEKTROSPECMONTAZH" as a Preproduction Engineer and remained in this role until 2017. Following that, they joined Gurtam in 2017 and worked as a Technical Support Specialist for their team until September 2021. Valery then transitioned into the role of a Project Implementation Manager in April 2022 and continues to hold this position.

Valery Labatsevich pursued a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Minsk State Linguistic University between 2002 and 2007. Later, between 2012 and 2016, Valery attended The branch of BNTU "Minsk State Polytechnic College" where Valery studied Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician, but did not obtain a specific degree.
