Peggy (Margaret) Craven-Melendez is an experienced quality control auditor and underwriter with a robust background in post-closing audits, fraud detection, and compliance across various mortgage entities. Currently serving as a QC Auditor at QC Verify, LLC since November 2022, Peggy ensures adherence to agency guidelines for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA/RD, while previously holding positions at Mann Mortgage, Revolution Mortgage, Homestar Financial Corporation, Carrington Mortgage Services, Plaza Home Mortgage, JPMorgan Chase, and CitiMortgage.
