Scott Young has extensive experience in the field of geographic information systems and program management. Currently serving as a Program Manager and previously as a GIS Specialist at Manhard Consulting since September 2017, Scott has developed strong skills in project oversight and geospatial analysis. Prior experience includes the role of OSP Engineer II at QC Data, where Scott contributed to engineering and project implementation efforts in the telecommunications sector.
