Jack Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jack began their career as a Production Assistant for the Iris Prize LGBT+ Film Festival, where they provided support in pre-production and principal photography for short films produced for BBC broadcast. Jack also performed research work for the Iris Prize festival.
Jack then worked as a Freelance Video Professional, undertaking projects for various clients, including an antiques auction house, the Freemasonry, and a sportswear brand. Their responsibilities included developing and fulfilling briefs, conducting interviews, recording live events, and leading both independent and crew-based shoots.
Jack later joined COMPASS Pathways as a Video Editing and Production specialist, where they created engaging videos on mental health-related subjects. This involved managing all video content for both internal and external use, operating multi-camera shoots, editing and aligning videos with branding guidelines.
Jack's next role was as a Videographer and Photographer at The Jago, a music venue in Dalston. Here, they supported the social media team by producing photography and video materials for event promotion. Jack conceptualized innovative content to engage the core audience, edited all content using Premiere Pro and Photoshop, and contributed to expanding the venue's online reach.
Currently, Jack is working as a Digital Content Producer at Qbtech, starting in 2022. Further details about their role are not provided.
Jack Jones attended Kingston University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production.
