Huw Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of customer experience and contact center management. Huw is currently working as the Vice President - Industries at qBotica since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at UiPath as the Global Practice Leader - CX & Contact Center from October 2019 to January 2023 and as the Director, Customer Experience Automation lead - EMEA from October 2018 to October 2019. Huw also served as the Head of Customer Experience - Europe at Genpact from January 2015 to October 2018.
Before these roles, Huw worked at Capgemini Consulting as a Senior Management Consultant and Customer Contact Management Consultant, specializing in contact center technology solutions, multi-channel customer experience, and digital integration. Huw was with Capgemini Consulting from July 2014 to January 2015 and from April 2012 to January 2015, respectively.
Prior to Capgemini, Huw worked at Logica as a Lead Solutions Architect and Pre-Sales Contact Center Consultant from January 2009 to April 2012, and as a Resource Planning & Scheduling Manager from March 2005 to January 2009. Huw also has experience working as a Freelance Contact Centre Consultant at Precall Solutions from June 2001 to January 2005.
Huw's early career includes roles at Virgin Media (formerly NTL) as an Outbound Dialing & Call Blending Manager from June 2000 to June 2001, and at Welsh Water (Hyder) Incorporating Swalec and Swalec Gas in various positions within their contact center from September 1995 to June 2000.
Huw Williams attended Ystrad Mynach College from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Business and Finance. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification in 2005 and the PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner certification in 2009.
