Andy Le is an experienced Information Technology Support Engineer currently working at IQPC Business IT since May 2023. Previously, Andy served as a Systems Engineer at Qbit Computers from July 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included providing onsite and remote technical support, managing Windows/Mac OS devices and servers, and administering Microsoft 365 tenancy. Andy also supported various business networking solutions and disaster recovery systems, built and managed VMWare ESXi hypervisors, and set up VOIP phone systems. Prior to this role, Andy worked as an IT Technician, Guest Service Representative, and Food and Beverage Attendant at The Great Southern Hotel from December 2016 to July 2021. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing from Curtin University.
