Airen Nickerberry is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical account management and customer success. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at QBench since February 2024, Airen previously held the position of Customer Success Manager, Associate at Definitive Healthcare from May 2022 to February 2024, supporting a SaaS Machine Learning-based Application product and managing key client accounts. Prior experience includes working as an Analytical Chemist at Valero Energy Inc. from September 2016 to May 2022, where effective quality control measures were implemented to optimize testing procedures. Additionally, Airen served in various roles at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in IT Sales/Support and as the National Communications Coordinator from May 2013 to June 2016. Airen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences and General Chemistry from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
