Shane Lawlor currently serves as the Head of Specialty at QBE Re, a position held since October 2015, and has also taken on roles such as Portfolio Manager and Underwriter. Prior to this, Shane worked at Catlin from August 2008 to July 2015, where responsibilities included Assistant Underwriter, Underwriting Assistant, and Aggregate Modelling Assistant. Earlier experience includes working as an Environmental Consultant at Royal HaskoningDHV from March 2006 to February 2008. Shane holds a BSc in Geography from Durham University and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
