Ben Stassen is an experienced professional in international pricing and actuarial science, currently serving as the International Pricing Manager at QBE Re since June 2022. Stassen previously held senior and managerial roles at EY and worked as a Senior Consultant at Reacfin, where key responsibilities included the implementation of provisioning methods, non-life pricing, and advanced modeling techniques using GLM and machine learning. Additionally, Stassen contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at AIG and KU Leuven while completing a PhD focused on dependence relations in stochastic models. Stassen holds multiple Master of Science degrees from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Hasselt University.
