Troy Marshall is an experienced professional in both education and construction, currently serving as President of Complete Construction Services Ltd since January 2013, specializing in commercial and residential construction services. Additionally, Troy has been the District Principal for School District 47 in Powell River since September 2004, overseeing operations including maintenance, transportation, janitorial services, capital planning, and budgeting while providing post-secondary credits to secondary students.
