Tamer Khattab is the Director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at Qatar University, where Tamer also serves as a Professor of Electrical Engineering specializing in Communications and Information Theory. Tamer has extensive experience in academia, teaching and conducting research in areas such as Communications & Information Theory, Signal Processing Applications, and Electromagnetics. Additionally, Tamer is a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center and has previous experience at companies like Alcatel-Lucent and IBM. Khattab holds a Ph.D. in Communications and Networking from The University of British Columbia.
