Ashjan Salih has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and customer care. Ashjan started their career as a Trainee at Qatar International Islamic Bank in 2017. Ashjan then worked as an IT Support Engineer at Qatar News Agency from July 2018 to July 2019. In 2021, they worked as a Customer Care Professional at Vodafone from March to May, and currently they hold the position of an IT Support Engineer at Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) starting from June 2021.
Ashjan Salih earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Alribat University, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in March 2021, the CNSS Certified Network Security from ICSI, UK (International Cyber Security Institute) in July 2020, and the ICDL from the British Education Institute in September 2015.
