Maryam Mustafaeva is an experienced professional in project coordination and events management with a strong background in international law and legal studies. Currently serving as Project Coordinator at Qatar Football Association since March 2019, Maryam has held significant roles including FIFA Club Deputy Manager for the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ and VIP Hotel Liaison Expert for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Previous positions include IR and Events Management Officer and Senior Lecturer at Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, as well as Legal Advisor at Russian Railways. Maryam holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law and Legal Studies, a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, complemented by a Professional Diploma in Major Events Management from Josoor Institute & SDA Bocconi School of Management.
