Rene Stapelberg is a Senior Scrum Master at Qatar Development Bank since February 2023, with prior experience in the same role at Weyay Bank, where responsibility included building Kuwait's first digital bank from July 2020 to January 2023. Rene also served as a Scrum Master at the National Bank of Kuwait and has a background as a Product Manager at Absa, focusing on fraud detection application development and bank-wide digital transformation projects. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Analyst/Developer, where Rene engaged in business analysis and Salesforce configuration. Education includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Information Technology at North-West University.
