Waleed Qasem, CNAP, currently serves as the Finance Manager (HOD) at Qatar Charity since March 2019, focusing on financial management for the international non-government organization based in Doha. Prior to this role, Waleed was the Head of Finance/Coordinator at Sarena Dyeing and Finishing, where responsibilities included preparing financial reports and performing ratio analysis to guide decision-making. Waleed also held the position of Finance & Taxation Officer at Human Appeal, managing accounts and tax-related responsibilities, and served as the Internal Audit & Risk Manager at MIH Mahs Investment Holding Limited, overseeing audit projects and evaluations. Waleed's career began at Deloitte as a Senior External Auditor. Educational qualifications include ACCA and CIA certifications, along with training from the Corporate Finance Institute®.
