Rocky Pulley is a Solutions Architect at QAT Global since January 2012, where they support various clients such as USPTO, Newegg, Insurance Landing, Valmont, Children's Hospital, and Central Reach by developing and designing internal application systems. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at csc and cortechs, inc. supporting the USPTO contract using java and c++. Rocky also began their career as a software engineer at pc data, specializing in software development in java and c++.
