Ashvin Thomas, CSSGB, currently serves as the Leader of Operational Excellence at Qarbon Aerospace, where responsibilities include developing continuous improvement methods for lean manufacturing transformation and guiding cross-functional teams to enhance performance. Previously, Ashvin held roles at Bombardier, including Leader of Material Logistics and Specialist in Material Logistics, focusing on logistics team development and operations scheduling. Earlier experience includes positions at Triumph Aerostructures as a Project Engineer, where Ashvin led program commitments, and as an Industrial Engineer, conducting time studies to identify improvements. Ashvin began the career at Christus and Kumon in service and tutoring roles. Ashvin earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
