Dheeraj Karanam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and technology testing services. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Growth at Qapitol QA since February 2016, Dheeraj focuses on enhancing strategic accounts, fostering client relationships, and developing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and long-term growth. Previously, Dheeraj held the position of Director - Middle East Asia, successfully leading business expansion initiatives in Dubai and launching cutting-edge quality engineering services for the MENA region. Dheeraj's career also includes roles such as Head - Pre Sales and Business & Delivery Head in Hyderabad at Qapitol, where significant contributions were made to client success and operational efficiency. Earlier positions at Moolya Testing involved progressing from Exploratory Software Tester to Lead Software Tester. Dheeraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and has a solid educational foundation with qualifications from Narayana Junior College & IIT Academy and Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Adoni.
