Roch Frutos currently serves as Associate Project Finance & Investment and Engineering Manager - Offshore Wind at Qair Group since January 2017, focusing on offshore floating windfarm projects, including the establishment of project control procedures and management of floating offshore wind turbine foundations. Prior to this role, Roch held the position of Marine Operations Manager at DCNS for a brief period in late 2016, where responsibilities included evaluating proposals for ocean thermal energy conversion projects. From March 2005 to July 2016, Roch advanced through various roles at Subsea 7 and SapuraAcergy, culminating in the position of Operations Manager, overseeing significant budgets and teams for large-scale offshore installations. Roch holds a Master's degree in Fluids Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering from Grenoble INP - UGA, a Master's degree in Offshore Engineering from Arts et Métiers, and a Master’s degree in Business and Administration from IAE Caen.
